Dear Colleagues, I am currently employed at an Architectural & Planning company which has recently become a Pvt Ltd company. Previously, it operated as a partnership firm. We have decided to provide appointment letters to our employees, as they have yet to receive any type of appointment letter. Our legal consultant has suggested that we issue a letter of continuation, as issuing fresh appointment letters with a new joining date could lead to complications. If anyone has a format for this type of letter, please share it with me. Additionally, what other points should be included in this letter? Is it necessary to mention the actual date of joining in this letter? I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
