  • 50

If an employee is reassigned to a different process or has a change in job title but is not receiving a promotion, what formalities need to be completed? Is a letter necessary? Please provide an answer as soon as possible.

  1. We are delighted to inform you that, in light of your current position, we are pleased to re-designate you. All other aspects of your appointment remain the same. Congratulations!

  2. An internal transfer letter can be issued to an employee for the purpose of transitioning to a different process with its associated responsibilities and reporting authority. A letter of re-designation can also be issued to effect a change in the employee’s designation.
