Dear colleagues, I am in need of assistance in drafting an apology letter on behalf of our company to our security service provider to inform them that we will no longer require their services as of a certain date. We have been satisfied with their services, but due to certain internal issues, we are unable to continue. This is an urgent matter, so I would greatly appreciate any help in this regard. Thank you.

  1. Adhere to the Terms & Conditions of the Agreement between Esta and the Security Service Provider. If the Agreement is terminated prematurely, provide an honest explanation for the decision.

Due to certain internal reasons and management decision, we regret to inform you that we are unable to continue your services.
