Hello, I am an HR representative from Pvt Ltd Company. We have recently hired some consultants or contractors. We have not given them salary slips as they are not our employees, however we have deducted their TDS. Is it appropriate to provide them with an experience certificate and mention the basic salary and TDS deduction in the letter?
